It’s time to think differently!
For decades, we have been pushing diversity-first initiatives to resolve our racial and gender disparities. While America has made progress with this approach, it has not been enough to truly transform our businesses and fully correct our socio-economic problems. As movements across the country have gained strength, many of our systemic issues have been brought front and center. A new strategy with fresh, current, and effective tactics is needed. With so many social injustices, it will take all of us to fix them but one voice can make a difference.
